I actually broiled ribeye steak last night for the first time. It was juicier and more flavorful than my grilling methods. My wife made a delicious asparagus soup with a roasted red pepper garnish.
Mushroom, steak and swiss omelet. My breakfast this morning.
Pesto Chicken Sausage with home-made tomato basil sauce in zucchini zoodles. Sauteed mushrooms and onions in wine sauce. Malbec wine from Mendoza, Argentina. (Thanks to my father for introducing this to us.)
