Philly Cheesesteak on Roasted Red Peppers

Philly cheesesteak on roasted red peppers with swiss chard, garlic, and mushroom salad. I did a few things wrong with this one, like having the wrong type of meat (too tough) and should have melted the cheese in with the other ingredients before stuffing the red peppers. Also, this is my first time eating swiss chard, and while I think I like it, I’ll have to season it better – totally forgot the salt, pepper, and other spices, and it came out bland.
